My practice
As a Gestalt therapy practitioner, I offer a space of attentive, compassionate presence — grounded, intuitive, and open to what arises in the moment.
I am interested in how you relate to yourself, to others, and to the world — here and now. What is happening within you, what you feel, what you do, what you avoid... We begin there. With what is already present.
I don’t interpret. I don’t seek to “fix.” I am alongside you in sensing, putting into words, recognising what’s repeating, what’s searching, what’s emerging.
My attention is drawn as much to the body as to emotions, to words as to silences, to the way contact is made — or not.
I welcome whatever shows up — even doubt, confusion, turmoil — without judgment, with full presence.
Therapy then becomes a space of exploration.
A place to feel, to understand, to transform.
A space to rediscover choice where it had disappeared, clarity where everything felt stuck, movement where it once stalled.
I deeply believe that lasting change can emerge through relationship — through the quality of presence we build together.
My approach is both committed and respectful, rooted and intuitive, with a deep sensitivity to each person’s pace.
For nearly twenty years, I’ve worked as a teacher.
I’ve supported teenagers in learning languages, in growing, in navigating doubt. Teaching a foreign language has always felt to me like opening doors to new worlds — both to offer and to discover.
Today, I accompany in a different way — still through encounter, still guided by what’s most alive.
This commitment to connection and emotional care also shapes my work in schools.
I facilitate a student group around mental health, to raise awareness, challenge stigma, and open spaces for honest conversation.
I train students in active, empathetic listening, and I guide and supervise peer support groups.
I’m also involved in addressing school bullying, with a focus on both prevention and support.
These experiences deeply nourish my therapeutic stance.
They ground, day after day, in real human connection, the importance of presence, unconditional welcome, and safe structure — all essential elements I find at the heart of Gestalt therapy.
This is what I bring to our sessions: a human presence — sensitive, committed, and real.
